Affiliate privacy policy
This notice explains how Zanshin handles information in the Momentum Copilot affiliate workspace. For our website and separate seller integrations, see the Zanshin privacy policy.
Regular TikTok sign-in
When you authorize TikTok Login Kit, Momentum requests basic identity permission to verify your TikTok account and associate it with your private creator workspace. We request an app-specific account identifier; we do not request your TikTok password. Login does not grant posting permissions, access to your videos or follower statistics, seller reporting, or automatic access to your commissions.
The Login Kit basic permission includes profile information such as a display name and avatar. Our current login implementation requests only your account identifier. We use the login token to verify identity, then discard the provider access and refresh tokens rather than storing them for ongoing access. A separate sign-in session expires within 12 hours or sooner if the login token expires. You may need to sign in again.
Information you choose to save
Your workspace may include creator preferences, shortlisted products, affiliate links, product test plans, content titles and links, opening hooks, publishing and review dates, cash costs, and commission records. Supported TikTok CSV imports retain creator, order, product, SKU and content identifiers needed for matching, commission amounts and statuses, and import history such as file name, import time and a file fingerprint. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal information in notes or uploads.
Category examples are illustrative and market snapshots are separate from your own results. We do not infer buyer identities or claim click tracking from imported commissions.
Browser-only and account storage
Browser-only work stays in that browser's local storage and can be lost if storage is cleared. Signed-in work is stored in the private account workspace. Browser, creator, legacy account and seller workspaces are not automatically combined. Copying a local workspace or restoring a backup into an account requires an explicit confirmation.
How we use and share information
We use information to authenticate you, save your workspace, match imported records to your products and content, calculate commission summaries, provide explained decision support, secure the service and respond to support requests. We do not sell this information. We use hosting and storage providers to operate the service and may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users or the service. TikTok separately handles information under its own policies.
Security, retention and processing locations
We use access controls, hashed session credentials and checks intended to prevent one account from accessing another account's records. No service can guarantee complete security. Workspace records remain until you clear or replace them or request deletion, subject to legal obligations and separate provider backup retention. Expired or signed-out sessions cannot authorize workspace access. Signing out keeps your saved workspace so you can return later.
Zanshin operates in the United States. Hosting, logs and recovery copies may be processed in other locations. Clearing active workspace records does not immediately erase downloaded backups or provider recovery copies; backup expiry is handled separately.
Your choices and deletion
In My results, download a backup or commission CSV, restore a backup, or use the confirmed Clear this workspace action to remove active affiliate records. Sign out of the creator workspace from the sign-in page. You may also remove Momentum's authorization in TikTok's app-permission settings; removing that permission does not itself delete your stored workspace. For account-wide access, correction or deletion requests, follow our data deletion instructions or email connect@go-zanshin.com. Please identify the workspace concerned without sending passwords or tokens.
