Affiliate terms of use

Momentum Copilot is operated by Zanshin. The Zanshin Terms of Use govern the website and any preview or evaluation version of Momentum Copilot. This page explains how those terms apply to the affiliate workspace.

What the workspace provides

Momentum helps you plan product and content tests, organize affiliate links, import supported commission records, and review your recorded results. Availability, interfaces and recommendations may change. Access does not guarantee future commercial availability.

Your accounts and records

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for the content, links and records you submit, verifying current product eligibility and offer terms in TikTok, preserving original exports and maintaining backups. Do not submit access credentials or unnecessary personal information.

Decision support only

Recommendations are informational analytics and decision support, not financial, legal, accounting or professional advertising advice. Personal-fit categories use illustrative inputs. Imported commissions do not establish causal lift or conversion rates. Approved and paid commissions after recorded cash costs are not full profit; time, taxes, unrecorded costs and later commission changes are excluded. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Third-party services and authorized use

You must comply with applicable laws, platform terms, and advertising policies. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use the service to harm others. TikTok controls eligibility, commission terms, authorizations and data availability. TikTok is not affiliated with or responsible for Zanshin or Momentum Copilot. Momentum does not publish content or make autonomous campaign changes through creator sign-in.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, preview services are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Zanshin is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on product recommendations or for indirect or consequential losses. Users remain responsible for reviewing information and making their own business decisions.
