Import TikTok Shop affiliate orders

In Creator Center, open Earnings → Affiliate Orders → Download. Save the order sheet as CSV if your download is an Excel workbook. Common column names and commission statuses are recognized automatically. Review the detected settings before importing. Keep long IDs as text; rounded spreadsheet IDs cannot be recovered.

One creator per import. Select commission status, rather than delivery or order status. Map settled earnings to approved; only use paid when the source confirms payment. Pending uses estimated commission; all other statuses use actual commission. A canceled order with zero actual commission contributes $0 to reversed commission.

Manual commission template

Use one row per commission record. Reimport the same record ID to replace its status and amount, including paid or reversed updates. Prefix IDs with the program name to avoid collisions. Amounts are commissions, not order revenue.

Import history

The latest 25 successful imports, with up to 50 record changes each. History is saved with your workspace and included in backups. Failed imports do not change your data. Times reflect importing, not when an order occurred.

Restore a workspace

Restore an exported JSON backup. This replaces the creator profile, shortlist, product tests, connected tests, products, promotions, commissions, and import history in your current workspace.

Orders without a content match

These commissions are included in totals. Add a product or promotion with the matching IDs to reconcile them automatically. Missing or ambiguous content is never guessed.
