Import my commissions

Add offers, connect content, and understand your TikTok order imports.

Open My results

Goal: connect imported commission records to products and content without guessing attribution.

Use My results in the affiliate header. Find opportunities returns to research; Seller dashboard returns to seller reports. The visual style matches Momentum Copilot, while commission totals retain their original meanings and source labels.

Start without a seller account

Open /affiliate/start. Continue with TikTok uses regular TikTok Login Kit for private account storage, with basic identity only and no seller account. The button stays disabled until Login Kit credentials, the approved app and exact callback are configured. Alternatively, continue in this browser only. Browser data does not automatically migrate into an account: export a backup or use the confirmed local import in My results. TikTok creator sessions take precedence while active. Existing seller and legacy account workspaces retain their original identities and are never silently merged; export a backup before switching and restore it only with confirmation.

Category rankings are illustrative. Live Bestsellers remains a separate invited-seller pilot and is not required for manual tests or commission imports. Creator API sync and notifications are not connected.

Plan a connected product test

  1. Open /affiliate/results#create-test. Choose your own product, an existing offer, existing content, or a saved discovery product. Existing content can be linked once and retains its commission matches without creating a duplicate promotion. A saved discovery card also links directly here. Check eligibility and the current offer in TikTok first.
  2. For a new offer, enter its name, merchant, original affiliate URL and verified commission percentage. The percentage is a reference; imported commission records determine earnings. An exact existing product ID is reused when unambiguous; choose an existing offer explicitly if several offers share that ID.
  3. Add one content title and opening hook. Record sample and other allocated cash costs, or leave unknown amounts blank. Enter zero only for a confirmed free sample or no additional cash costs. Do not allocate the same sample cost to multiple tests.
  4. Add a publishing date after publishing and your own review date. Dates are saved planning fields; no notifications are sent. A review date cannot precede publication.
  5. Add the same creator identifier used in imports, exact TikTok content ID and content URL, now or later. Choose Save connected test: the offer, promotion and test save atomically. Each additional test has its own promotion. There is a 200-test limit.
  6. In Product test review, use Update test, publishing details & matching to edit costs, hook, dates and content matching. Edit the product ID in Your products if needed. Pausing an offer affects Momentum planning only.

The legacy Add a product and Plan a promotion forms remain under Add offers or promotions separately (optional) for existing workflows. They do not create connected tests automatically.

Review a test

The review uses lifetime commission records matched to that test's exact promotion. Product-only or ambiguous orders stay outside the test review. It shows pending, approved, paid and reversed separately, plus approved + paid after allocated cash costs. Approved and paid are mutually exclusive current statuses; moving one record from approved to paid does not add earnings twice. Reversals are excluded from approved + paid, not subtracted twice.

Unknown costs suppress the after-cost figure. No matched records means results are unavailable, not zero sales. Pending-only results prompt waiting. These figures are not full profit: time, taxes, unrecorded costs and future commission changes are excluded. No click, view, conversion or causal-lift claims are made. Recommendations explain the recorded evidence and remain manual decisions.

Connected tests are included in JSON backups, restores, account storage, local imports and confirmed workspace clearing. Removing a discovery snapshot leaves its connected test intact. Match and revision protections still apply.

Import TikTok affiliate orders

  1. Obtain your affiliate-order export from TikTok Creator Center. The current app points to Earnings → Affiliate Orders → Download; TikTok's labels may differ by account. Use the creator affiliate export, not a seller sales report.
  2. If it is an Excel workbook, save the order sheet as CSV. Preserve long order/product/SKU/content IDs as text before conversion. Rounded IDs cannot be recovered. Use one creator per import and a CSV smaller than 1 MB.
  3. In Import TikTok Shop affiliate orders, enter the stable creator identifier, then choose or drop the CSV.
  4. Review detected columns and commission statuses. Map commission status, not delivery status. Set settled earnings to approved; use paid only when the source confirms payment.
  5. Preview the import. Check new/updated/unchanged records, status changes, amounts and content matches. Review any warning before committing the import. Loading or previewing alone saves nothing.
  6. Confirm the import using the displayed control, then check commission totals and Import history.

Pending records use estimated commission; other statuses use actual commission. Reimporting the same identity updates a record rather than creating another payment. Imports can move records backward as well as forward; a changed file is not proof of newer source data. Review rollback warnings carefully. Reversed records use their source amounts, so a cancelled order with zero actual commission adds $0 to reversed totals.

Resolve unmatched orders

Orders without a content match remain included in totals. Read the row's next-step message and add/correct product, creator and content IDs. Momentum rematches supported exact identifiers automatically; ambiguous or missing content is not guessed. Product-level matching alone is not evidence of which video drove a sale.

For a manually prepared commission CSV, use the separate Manual commission template and its displayed columns. Keep record IDs stable and unique across programs. Amounts are commissions in USD, not order revenue.

Success check: preview and saved totals agree, import history records the run, and unmatched rows have an understood reason. Download an original backup before large corrections.
