Back up or move my data

Goal: keep a recoverable affiliate workspace and avoid overwriting the wrong account.

Choose the right download

From /affiliate/results:

• Download backup saves JSON containing your affiliate profile, category shortlist, product tests, offers, promotions, commissions and import history. It does not back up Shop/Ads credentials, seller reports or daily costs.
• Export commissions CSV saves a spreadsheet-friendly commission table with product/content references and matched/unmatched status. It is for analysis, not a full workspace backup or a native TikTok order export. Do not assume it can be reimported unchanged.

Store downloads privately and include the account/hostname and date in your own filename or notes. Download a backup before replacing, clearing or making large import corrections.

Restore or move affiliate work

1. Open My results on the destination account or browser. Verify its storage mode and identity.
2. Download the destination's current backup first.
3. Use Restore a workspace and select the JSON backup. Review the replacement confirmation before accepting it.
4. Confirm the saved profile, shortlist, product tests, offers and commission totals afterward.

Restoring replaces the current affiliate workspace; it does not merge two workspaces. Invalid backups are rejected. A JSON backup cannot recover external TikTok access or seller-report history.

When signing in from a local pilot on the same browser and hostname, use Import local pilot data only if you want to replace the current account workspace with that browser's local work. There is no automatic migration. Work created under a separate ChatGPT identity is not automatically merged with a TikTok seller identity.

Browser-local work and sign-in cookies are specific to a hostname. If you used an older address, export your local JSON backup there before leaving it, then restore the backup at momentum.go-zanshin.com. Account records do not need a manual copy: sign in with the same TikTok seller and Shop on the current address.

Clear affiliate work

Use Clear affiliate data only after checking the active account/local mode and downloading any needed backup. Confirming removes the current affiliate profile, shortlist, product tests, offers, promotions, commissions and import history. It does not revoke TikTok permission or erase downloaded/database backups. Shop disconnection is a different operation; do not assume it clears your affiliate planning workspace.

If another tab changes the workspace, stop saving, download your current work if possible, and reload to compare. Do not repeatedly restore an older backup over newer work.

Success check: your backup is retained, the intended destination is selected, and the restored data matches its source.
