Sign in and get started

Sign in as a creator or invited seller and check where your work is saved.

Open creator sign-in

Goal: open the right workspace and confirm where your work is saved.

Sign in as an affiliate creator

  1. Open TikTok creator sign-in. Choose Continue with TikTok and complete TikTok’s sign-in and basic identity authorization.
  2. When you return, check for ACCOUNT WORKSPACE. The sign-in page confirms “You’re signed in to your TikTok creator workspace.”
  3. Open My results to plan your first connected product test. A seller account or ChatGPT sign-in is not required.
  4. Bring your original affiliate link, content idea and any known sample costs. Add matching content identifiers after publishing; import your creator commission CSV when available.

Creator sign-in is live. It does not automatically import commissions or unlock seller reports or Bestsellers. Browser-only work is not automatically merged into your TikTok workspace: export a backup and use the explicit import or restore controls if needed. Sign out of the creator workspace from the creator sign-in page.

New here? See Momentum for Affiliates or Momentum for Sellers for a short walkthrough.

Sign in with TikTok Shop

  1. Open Shop sign-in. Use an invited U.S. Shop that you are authorized to manage.
  2. Choose Continue with TikTok Shop. Complete TikTok's sign-in on TikTok's own page.
  3. Verify the Shop name and requested permissions. Approve only if they are correct for your intended connection. TikTok may request account verification.
  4. Choose Open if TikTok shows an authorization-success dialog.
  5. In Momentum, check that your expected Shop appears under Your connection and that the page says your connection is saved.
  6. Open Find opportunities or My results on that same hostname. Look for ACCOUNT WORKSPACE and Saving to your account.

A separate Momentum or ChatGPT account is not required for this seller flow. Access is currently limited to invited Shops. A creator without an invited seller Shop can still plan locally and import affiliate results, but cannot unlock live Bestsellers through a creator-only login.

Use without signing in

Open Find opportunities or My results. LOCAL PILOT means work is stored in that browser and hostname. Download a backup regularly; another device or hostname will not show the same local data. Signing in does not automatically copy local work into the account. See storage and migration.

Move between seller and affiliate work

Use Find opportunities in the seller header to open affiliate research. In the affiliate header, Seller dashboard returns to private seller reports, My results opens offers and imported commissions, and Help opens these guides. The current page is marked in navigation. Keyboard users can use the skip link to move directly to workspace content.

Reconnect or sign out

  • Reconnect from /shop when Momentum requests it. Select the same TikTok seller and Shop. A cancelled reconnect or different Shop selection preserves the existing connection.
  • Sign out ends browser access while retaining saved account data. Sign back in to resume.
  • Disconnect and delete my Shop data is a separate destructive action. It deletes the Shop connection and associated reports, linked Ads data, costs and sync history in the active database. TikTok-side revocation is managed separately. Affiliate workspace clearing is described in the storage guide.

Success check: the correct Shop is shown, and the affiliate workspace indicates the intended local or account storage mode.
