Fix a problem
Resolve sign-in, product refresh, import, and saving issues.

| Local pilot instead of account storage | Sign in through the registered /shop address in Getting started. Return to affiliate pages on the same hostname. If you previously used another address, sign in again on the current address. |
| Beta invitation required | Ask your beta contact to check the exact U.S. Shop invitation. A creator-only account does not provide seller access. |
invalid_state after sign-in | Start a fresh reconnect from /shop. Old, expired or already-used callback links cannot be reused. Keep existing reports; do not disconnect/delete as a first step. |
| Catalog request denied / 105005 | Check Product Basic activation and reauthorize the same Shop. If already granted and the error persists, ask TikTok support to review app/API access. This is separate from affiliate Bestsellers. Never treat it as zero inventory. |
| Authorization expired or replaced | Start again from /shop; do not reuse an old TikTok authorization tab. Reconnect with the same seller and Shop. |
| Live products show connection pending | Check the signed-in seller session and invited Shop. Bestsellers must be enabled for the app and authorized by the seller. If access was expanded after you connected, reconnect when prompted. |
| Bestsellers refresh asks you to wait | Wait at least 30 seconds between requests. Do not refresh multiple tabs simultaneously. |
| TikTok could not return a bestseller report | Try an earlier completed report date after the cooldown. If it persists, record date, period and the visible error for support. A failed report is not proof of zero products. |
| No products for the period | TikTok returned an empty report. Try another supported period/date; no example products are substituted. |
| CSV rejected or mappings missing | Use a CSV below 1 MB, one creator, USD amounts and commission-status columns. Review mappings. Preserve exact IDs as text. |
| Orders appear unmatched | Use the row's next-step message; check creator, product and content IDs. Missing/ambiguous content cannot be safely inferred. |
| Totals differ from expected payout | Compare estimated versus actual commission and source statuses. Approved does not mean paid. Check reversed amounts and duplicate source identities; totals are not order GMV. |
| Older import changes a paid status | Stop at the preview warning. Confirm which source export is actually newer; import time is not order time or source freshness. |
| Workspace changed in another tab/account | Download a backup if available, verify account identity, close conflicting edits and reload before saving. |
| Saved workspace cannot load | Keep the page and original backup. Do not clear storage as a first step. Reload or restore a known valid backup only after protecting existing data. |
| Ads refresh is busy | Allow five minutes and reload to inspect recent attempts. An interrupted attempt does not necessarily mean the previous report was lost. |
| Profit or ROAS looks unavailable | GMV, Ads conversions and seller-entered contribution are different measures. Missing attribution or costs cannot be filled in from unrelated totals. |

Do not send access tokens, authorization codes, session cookies, passwords, full backup files, raw order exports or buyer information. If specific private records are needed, ask for an appropriate private support process first.
Current limitations
Category-fit data is illustrative; Bestsellers shows up to 100 market leaders and does not supply affiliate eligibility, commissions or samples. Imported affiliate results do not provide live creator API sync or click attribution. Affiliate Bestsellers uses manual refresh; seller reports can refresh automatically when enabled. /demo decisions are examples, and all production ad execution remains disabled.
